We are looking for an experienced Associate Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.
We are seeking a results-driven Associate Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition, maximizing ROI, and ensuring effective budget allocation for campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of specific categories within our digital marketing efforts, constantly testing, analyzing, and refining strategies to meet key business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the PPC team to execute and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- and other digital advertising channels. Develop
- implement
- and oversee performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation
- brand awareness
- and revenue goals. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- including Product
- content
- design
- and category managers
- to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Monitor market trends
- competitor strategies
- and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve. Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) while minimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives
- targeting
- and bidding strategies. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance
- insights
- and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
- preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and KPI achievement. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms
- including Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- and other relevant tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics
- AppsFlyer
- or Adjust. Familiar with tools like Google Tag Manager
- Microsoft Clarity
- Landing Page builders
- etc. Experience in managing campaigns within the app ecosystem. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. Experience in the edtech industry. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications. Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels.
