Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and engaging with customers with care and empathy. You will handle their queries in a professional manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to address customer concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries across multiple support channels (chat

• phone). Approach all queries with a customer-centric attitude
• aiming to provide effective solutions. Offer exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Help build
• refine
• and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Adhere to set standards of Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Demonstrate customer empathy during all interactions
• ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer support role
• preferably in a similar environment. Ability to handle both voice and non-voice processes (chat
• email
• phone). Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi. Quick learner
• with the ability to grasp new systems and processes swiftly. Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues.
