Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to assist customers via phone, email, and chat. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and monitor social media for customer feedback. Using CRM software, you'll track interactions and ensure timely, accurate responses. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions. Experience in the D2C industry is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone
• email
• and chat. Monitor customer complaints and feedback on social media platforms
• proactively reaching out to resolve issues. Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
• ensuring accurate documentation. Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and service goals. Connect with customers via calls when necessary
• ensuring a positive experience and resolution.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. Familiarity with the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) industry is a plus. Strong communication skills
• including active listening and the ability to clearly articulate information. Excellent problem-solving skills
• with the ability to alleviate conflicts and escalate issues tactfully. Proven ability to multitask
• manage time efficiently
• and prioritize workloads. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience handling 150 connected calls per day (AHT 50 sec) or similar call volumes.
