Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the e-commerce business, focusing on product cataloging, sales support, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external teams. This role also involves monitoring sales metrics and assisting with inventory planning.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Monitor customer ratings
- views
- conversions
- and sales performance across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. Product Catalog Management: Ensure all product listings are updated and accurate
- including pricing and product details. Internal Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal teams for smooth operations and support. Platform Management: Manage product listings and ensure inventory levels are maintained across platforms like Amazon
- Shopify
- Zepto
- Blinkit
- and mobile apps. Offer & Pricing Implementation: Implement promotional offers and ensure accurate pricing on all platforms as per the direction of the E-Commerce Manager. Order Processing: Ensure timely processing of orders
- collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams. Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports on order numbers

- and other performance metrics. Website Analytics: Regularly review website analytics to track performance and identify any issues. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities. Sales Data Reporting: Generate and present reports on sales data

- and insights to the E-Commerce Manager. Operational Communication: Maintain regular communication with operational teams of external customers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth processes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing

Requirements:
- Coordination Skills: Ability to manage tasks across multiple teams and platforms. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and website analytics to optimize performance. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for both internal and external relationship management. MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel
