
E-Commerce Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing sales across the e-commerce, quick-commerce, and B2C websites. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and building strong customer relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce & Quick-Commerce Sales: Develop and implement marketing campaigns for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon Ads
- Flipkart
- Nykaa
- etc. Sales Target Achievement: Analyze sales data and trends to effectively achieve sales targets while optimizing marketing costs. Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms like Amazon Ads

- and Nykaa to drive sales and brand visibility. Campaign Performance Optimization: Review performance metrics such as ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) to adjust strategies for better outcomes. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis using relevant tools to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Sales Reporting: Generate and present sales data reports to the management team

Inventory Planning & Forecasting: Ensure stock availability on all platforms and manage forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Requirements:
