Medical Teleconsultant

We are looking for an experienced Medical Teleconsultant to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Medical Teleconsultants to join our team. As a key member of the healthcare service, you will be responsible for providing telephonic and video consultations to patients seeking IVF treatment or exploring options. The ideal candidate will have a background in BHMS, BDS, MBBS, or Embryology and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients. This role is vital in offering medical advice remotely, ensuring patients are aligned with the appropriate IVF experts.

Responsibilities:

• Teleconsultation: Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients
• providing medical advice and guidance. IVF Counseling: Engage with patients seeking IVF treatment or those interested in exploring IVF options
• helping them understand the process and benefits. Coordination with IVF Experts: Align patients with IVF specialists based on their convenience and preference. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records
• documents
• and consultation details using CRM systems. Appointment Management: Schedule and manage consultations and appointments with IVF experts. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with patients to monitor their progress

• and confirm their interest in visiting the center. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and center staff to ensure smooth patient transitions to the IVF experts and their visits to the center. Compliance: Ensure adherence to medical protocols

Requirements:

• Educational Requirements: BHMS
• BDS
• MBBS
• or a degree in Embryology. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in patient communication (telephonic or video consultations). Freshers with the right skills and qualifications are welcome to apply. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle patient queries empathetically and professionally. Proficiency in using teleconsultation platforms
