
Product Inwarding Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Inwarding Manager to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Inwarding Manager to oversee and streamline the inwarding process of inventory across warehouses, retail stores, and e-commerce fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock entry, quality checks, system updates, and coordination with suppliers, logistics teams, and warehouse staff to optimize the inwarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Product Inwarding & Receiving: Oversee the receipt of goods at warehouses and retail stores
- ensuring accurate quantity and quality of incoming stock. Verify received stock against purchase orders (POs)
- invoices
- and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs). Manage stock entry into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g.
- WareIQ)
- POS (Genesis)
- and Order Management Systems (OMS) (e.g.
- Fynd Konnect). Quality Check & Inspection: Conduct quality checks on received stock to ensure no damages
- defects
- or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with brand and vendor agreements regarding product specifications and quality standards. Inventory System Updates: Ensure all inwarded stock is accurately logged into the inventory management system. Work with TechMonk
- Genesis POS
- Shopify
- and Fynd OMS to ensure real-time stock updates across all platforms. Generate inwarding reports to track stock movement and assess supplier performance. Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address any stock discrepancies

- or quality issues. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inwarding schedules and processes. Manage timely documentation and approvals for returns
- replacements
- and claims. Process Optimization & Compliance: Implement best practices for faster and more accurate product inwarding. Ensure compliance with audit standards
- FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation
- and stock reconciliation practices. Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize losses due to incorrect inwarding or delays.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (IMS)
- WMS
- OMS
- and POS tools. Familiarity with WareIQ
- Fynd OMS
- Genesis POS
- and TechMonk integration (preferred). Strong proficiency in Excel
- Power BI
- and other inventory tracking tools. Familiarity with barcode scanning
- SKU mapping
- and stock reconciliation processes. Soft Skills: High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to efficiently handle high-volume inwarding processes. Problem-solving skills to quickly address inventory discrepancies and challenges. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management

- or a related field. 3+ years of experience in inventory inwarding
- warehouse operations
- or supply chain management roles. Prior experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer)
- marketplace
- or offline retail inwarding is a plus.
